This is an old-school dairy bar with every flavor of ice cream that you would want! The burgers were great. The onion rings and fries were great and the Orange Creamsicle shake was great. I will absolutely take my family back when we are passing through.
We stopped in for lunch on a Saturday. Everything was delicious! I mean flat out GOOD. The slaw was fresh and the perfect accompaniment to the crispy fried chicken livers. The fries were just as we requested, extra brown and crispy. Absolutely thankful that Pam and her Hubby and family are keeping this place going!!!We plan to stop in more often and support a place that we have fond memories going back 30 years
Iconic! This Frosty Inn has been operating since 1960. The chocolate malt alone would be worth driving an hour to get. Cheeseburger and fries very good too. Folks working were friendly and helpful. I truly felt like I was in a time machine back to the 1970s. Some of the old yellow tables are even original. Hopefully classics like this will make a comeback. Highly recommend!
Grabbed some burgers, tots, and onion rings while driving through. Food was awesome and service was great. Hope to drop in again for a meal inside the establishment because we loved to old fashioned looks.
The milkshakes are awesome .Always get Strawberry Food is great too.
Listen folks, I will be 70 this year, thank you! When I was a kid less than ten years my family would stop here on our way to Mobile and eat and drink root beer. Even though it has new owners it’s still a great place to grab a bite and root beer if you’re traveling past. A landmark and an Alabama treasure!!! My family enjoyed it and all the Granddaddy stories that go with it!!!
Excellent old school Dairy bar food and ice cream and shakes!!! The food was very good and a good value too! Large portions of everything! I had the double big burger with fries and grandson had a single big burger with fries and a double too! Had a chocolate shake for dessert and it was all great! It was a Friday night and they were very busy and got our orders mixed up but they straightened it out and fixed everything quickly!
Best chicken fingers anywhere! Always a place to stop if in town! You won't be disappointed.Update: I know the owners changed but the chicken finger plates are still great! Will always be a favorite
